Nexo named title partner of Grand Prix Ball 2026 to raise funds for Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity

Nexo, the digital assets wealth platform and Official Digital Asset Partner of the Audi Formula 1 Team, has been named title partner of the Grand Prix Ball 2026, the flagship charity gala of British Grand Prix week, according to reports shared with Finbold on June 24.
The Nexo Grand Prix Ball will bring together the company’s Formula 1 and golf partnerships to raise funds for Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity, which supports children living with serious and life-limiting illnesses across the UK.
The black-tie gala will welcome 500 guests and feature an exclusive VIP reception with Formula One driver Kevin Magnussen, a headline performance by Pixie Lott, and a fundraising programme built around experiences unavailable through any public channel.
The event is held during the Silverstone Formula 1 weekend and brings together leaders from motorsport, business, entertainment, and philanthropy.
“We are delighted to welcome Nexo as title partner of the Grand Prix Ball 2026. Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating meaningful impact aligns perfectly with the spirit of this event. Together, we look forward to raising vital funds for Rays of Sunshine and delivering an unforgettable evening during British Grand Prix week,” said Jonny Dodge, Founder of the Grand Prix Ball.

“Formula 1 brings so much joy and excitement to many of the seriously ill children we support. The funds raised through the Nexo Grand Prix Ball will help us continue granting life-changing wishes and creating precious memories for children and families who need them most,” said Amy Chambers, CEO of Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity.
Charity auction features exclusive F1 and golf experiences from Nexo’s partnership portfolio
At the heart of the evening will be a charity auction featuring two experiences drawn directly from Nexo’s partnership portfolio. The first is a VIP weekend at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, including access to the Celebrity Pro-Am featuring Lando Norris, Sir Andy Murray, and Gareth Bale.
The second is an invitation to the Nexo Championship at Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire, Nexo’s title event on the DP World Tour, including hospitality, Michelin-starred dining, and Pro-Am participation from August 21 to 23, 2026. All proceeds will support Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity.
“At Nexo, we believe the next generation of wealth is defined not only by what it creates, but by the impact it leaves behind,” said Octavian Dinca, Head of Client Management at Nexo. “The Nexo Grand Prix Ball reflects that belief by bringing together two heritage sports that embody excellence, ambition, and performance. Through our partnerships in Formula 1 and golf, we are creating access that cannot be found elsewhere and turning it into meaningful support for Rays of Sunshine and the children they serve.”
“It is always incredibly special to support Rays of Sunshine. I am looking forward to performing at the Nexo Grand Prix Ball and helping raise vital funds for their life-changing work,” added Pixie Lott.
