Bybit adds Tesla, QQQ and four more tickers to TradFi Perp Options and launches 70,000 USDT trading challenge

Bybit has expanded its Perp Options lineup with six new underlying assets and launched a trading competition offering up to 70,000 Tether (USDT) in prizes, according to information shared with Finbold on September 29, 2026.
Bybit Perp Options, the exchange’s options contracts built on its TradFi Perpetuals infrastructure, went live on September 17, 2026, with SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) and Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) as the first available underlyings.
Six new tickers have now been added: Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA), Micron (NASDAQ: MU), Invesco QQQ (NASDAQ: QQQ), Direxion Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF (NYSE: SOXL), SK Hynix (KRX: 000660), and SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK), bringing the total to eight available underlyings.
The product gives traders around-the-clock access to global equity options directly from a USDT-funded Bybit account, without requiring a separate broker or options-approved brokerage account.
Contracts trade 24/7 with European-style settlement and no early assignment, settle in cash via USDT, and support fractional lot sizes, naked options, combo strategies, and full portfolio and cross-margin support through Bybit’s Unified Trading Account.
Wall Street Blue-Chip Options Challenge runs until October 27 across two prize tracks
Running alongside the expansion is the Wall Street Blue-Chip Options Challenge, open to all users until October 27, 2026. The competition offers two ways to earn rewards.
The first is a new-user first trade track, offering a 5,000 USDT pool that distributes 5 USDT each to the first 1,000 qualifying users who place their first valid TradFi Perp Options trade during the event.
The second is a volume challenge carrying a prize pool of up to 65,000 USDT, unlocked in tiers based on collective trading volume across all participants and distributed to the top 50 traders by individual volume.
New users are eligible to claim from both prize pools simultaneously.
